Found by Kai in the realm in-between, Edith is a rather skittish rabbit filled with nervous energy, but also an unwavering sense of justice, while wearing her heart on her sleeve.
Edith is quite reluctant to talk about anything before Kai found her, shrouding her past, and some of herself, in an enigmatic silence. However, a deep, haunting sorrow seeps through the cracks whenever the topic comes up, hinting at profound loss that transforms her usual demeanor into a deep melancholy.
She prefers quiet, wanting to be left out of any troubles that may transpire, only wanting to enjoy her time on the island and with its inhabitants peacefully. But... with the collection of powers and associations on the island, herself included, it really is only a matter of time... and she's horribly aware of that.
Historical Knowledge
Edith has a large interest and collection in the history of her world-- and of other worlds, really.
Survival Knowledge
Due to personal experiences of hers, she has learned valuable survival skills that can come in handy if the situation arises.
Stealthiness
On quiet feet, quiet voice, and thanks to some of her powers, Edith has a way of sneaking around without being easily detected.
Gardening
Edith has an interest in tending to plants, growing her own food. At this point in time, she has quite the green thumb.
Time Perception Manipulation
Edith is able to mess with how others perceive the flow of time.
This isn't the same as speeding up or slowing time itself down-- only how someone perceives it. Time itself will be flowing normally, but she can cause someone to experience an extreme slow down, or experience everything speeding up.
Alternate Reality Traveling
Edith is able to quite easily travel to other timelines or universes herself, creating small portals to go through.
Even if another timeline is 'in the past' or 'in the future' (based on the perception of where the main timeline is at), it doesn't make a difference. If she has it in mind, knows well enough about it, she can open a portal for herself and hop on over.
That being said, if she doesn't know where she's going, or it's done in a hurry... it's entirely possible she'll end up somewhere she didn't intend to.
Bubble Solidification
Edith is able to create bubbles from small to large-- and make them durable enough to hold someone in.
The durability can vary-- the bubbles at the start have normal bubble durability (which is to say, hardly any), but can make them just durable enough to bounce on, or solid enough to act as a quick defense, or even trap for someone.
She can't make them impenetrable, though, do as a defense or trap it is only a temporary solution.
Shadow Camouflage
While in the darkness, or even just in shaded areas, Edith has the ability to make herself near-undetectable.
She doesn't disappear into them entirely, and can't travel via shadow to shadow-- it simply, literally, allows her to basically become invisible when shrouded in darkness, making her generally harder to detect.
Electrokinetic Combat
Another defense Edith has, are electric abilities to go along with all the rest. Discharging electricity, charging up attacks to shoot out electric bolts, the like.
She can control the voltage of said electricity-- she's usually careful to make sure it isn't deadly.
Temporal Awareness
Due to the main power her model was built for-- Edith is notably sensitive to changes and alterations made to the timeline. She can tell-- and remember, importantly-- if a reset has occurred, if someone has changed the branch, if a (notable) branch has occurred or been created.
Reset
The main power her model was built for. She is, in fact, essentially a sapient time machine thanks to this. Though it takes energy, so she can't do it over and over, (not that she would want to), Edith has the ability to essentially turn back time.
The exact of how this works is a bit like mentally going back in time, as opposed to physically. (again, usually. Other beings can have odd effects.) The timeline itself is reset back, and she, along with whoever she might have been holding onto at the time, are aware of and remember what happened before the reset.
She, however, cannot go back to the future, due to the future itself-- even if it had 'technically' already been experienced in some form-- has far too many variables. It's going back, and reliving it all again, changing whatever needed to be changed, if it can be.
Edith specifically though, does have a limit to how far back in time she can reset. The top amount she can do without overloading herself is a week, 7 days, 168 hours. Easier on her resets are typically up to 6 hours, less time is even easier on her, but all of which still requires restorative time afterwards. The bigger the reset, the more time she needs to recover that energy and let her system rest.
She is very much against using her power frivolously.
